Housekeeping team prompt to send items to the room, including medication to arrest an upset stomach. Also, promptly assisted us to send our child, who had food poisoning, to a nearby local district clinic in the early hours in the morning. Food Not fantastic but still had enough variety to meet needs of 10 pax group ranging from 3year old to 50 yr old. Unfortunately, there was contamination in the spaghetti aglio olio, maybe it was the prawns, not sure, that caused our 12 year old to suffer diarrhea and vomitting. Lots of flies hovering and resting on the buffet breakfast pastry and sweet spread. Room We took the Standard Room that came complete with Queen size bed and 4 sofa beds. Sheets and extra pillows are provided should you need to use the sofa bed. Not advisable to squeeze 6 adults in the standard room. Good for family of 5 with young children or 4 adults. There is only 1 power point provided, no clothes hooks to hang your clothes though a coat rack was provided. Who wears a coat to this place anyway? There is tea/coffee pot facility and AC. No locked drawers provided. Bathroom and toilet our unit was clean, so no complaints save and except, not enough hooks to hang towel and Plenty. We had fun at the Karaoke room. Songs from Beatles, Bee Gees, Abba and One Direction even. Kids had a try at chess, foosball, outdoor obstacle course, playground for young kids, futsal, and of course the water slide. Quality of water is errr.... do check whether you would be comfortable with the water quality. We were not. Kids swam for a while and that was it. Thankfully, lots of other things to do. Our kids had fun playing hide-and-seek at night. Though they had to whisper in order not to disturb the other campers. Overall camp site The Standard Room is half concrete and half canvas. We could hear our neighbor's TV program, conversation between mom and child in the next tent bathroom.... so for honeymooners and couples...... err.... silent romancing?? We could also hear music that echoed from the distant to our site. Thankfully, cultural music was out by midnite and not heard in the tent. Beautiful view of volcano, Gunung Salak. Would my family go again? Yeah. For family with young children. Spacious for them to run freely. Recommended for team building and groups.
